This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Tiranga Ride 2026 registration fees. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

| Cancellation 15-30 days before event | 25% Refund | Request must be in writing |
| Cancellation less than 15 days before event | No Refund | T-shirts already printed |
| No-show on Event Day | No Refund | - |
| Personal reasons / Change of mind | No Refund | - |
4. Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event due to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Government restrictions or prohibitory orders
- Public health emergencies
- Security concerns
- Any other force majeure circumstances
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (where eligible), please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@wheelsoffreedom.in with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registration ID]"
- Include the following information:
- Registration ID (WOF26XXXXX)
- Registered name and phone number
- Reason for refund request
- Bank account details for refund (Account holder name, Account number, IFSC code)
- Attach proof of payment (transaction screenshot/receipt)
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided
- Any payment gateway charges or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount
7. Transfer of Registration
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person:
- Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event
- The new participant must provide all required details
- T-shirt size changes may not be possible if already printed
